Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and the ability to review medical records accurately while meeting productivity and timeliness expectations. - Good organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple work queues, documentation requests, and competing priorities. - Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with healthcare providers, clinical departments, and management. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to recognize documentation gaps, identify recurring issues, and escalate concerns appropriately. - A proactive, inquisitive mindset and willingness to learn, embrace innovation, and explore AI-enabled tools and process improvements.
