Your Impact:You will be the engine of our practice—orchestrating daily front-office operations, optimizing patient schedules, mentoring a dedicated administrative team, and mastering our billing, insurance, and treatment coordination.
Schedule & Pay:
Compensation: $28.00 – $40.00 / hour (scaled to your experience) + a comprehensive benefits package.
Flexibility: Tailor your schedule with fully adaptable Full-Time or Part-Time options.
The Perfect Shift: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Enjoy an uninterrupted 3-day weekend every single week!
What We Are Looking For:1+ years of proven Dental Office Management success OR a seasoned dental administrative pro (Billing, Treatment Coordinator, or Lead Receptionist) eager to advance into a leadership role.
Deep knowledge of dental insurance processing, claims, coding, and digital practice management systems.
Strong leadership instincts and a welcoming personality that thrives on patient interaction.
