Fitness Trainer (Part Time) 9Round High Point Do you want to help people grow stronger every day? Join our high-energy High Point team that empowers members to live stronger through kickboxing fitness, accountability, and community. The Fitness Trainer plays a key role in delivering an energetic, supportive, and engaging workout experience for all members. This role involves coaching workouts, motivating members, and creating a positive environment inside the studio. We are looking for someone who is energetic, reliable, coachable, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. No prior kickboxing experience is required — full training and certification will be provided. Key Responsibilities Include: Demonstrate and explain exercises clearly (kickboxing, strength, functional movements) Greet members with energy and enthusiasm as they enter the studio Deliver the daily workout and guide members through each round Provide individual attention and correct form as needed Motivate and encourage members throughout their workout Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment Support marketing efforts and follow up with potential members when needed Assist with member check-ins, calls, and basic administrative tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
