Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted HR partner to employees, managers, and senior leadership.
• Manage employee relations matters, including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and corrective action.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning to support organizational needs.
• Lead performance management, employee development, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and oversee the consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Support compensation, benefits, leave administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS/employee data management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and process improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness and the employee experience.
• Partner with leadership on workforce strategy and foster a positive, professional, and high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
