Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations and replacements
Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
Prepare job sites, organize materials, and assist with loading and unloading equipment
Follow installation procedures, safety regulations, and company standards
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and team members
Help deliver a 5-star customer experience on every job
Learn and develop the skills needed to advance into a Lead Installer role
Previous HVAC installation experience preferred, but motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment is a plus
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting equipment and working in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
