Responsibilities: • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price What You'll Do As a Real Estate Listing Agent, you'll help homeowners successfully sell their homes while building a thriving listing business. Responsibilities include: Conduct listing consultations with prospective sellersDeliver professional listing presentationsDevelop pricing and marketing strategiesNegotiate offers and contractsGuide clients through the entire home-selling processMaintain communication through our CRM platformCollaborate with our Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teamsDeliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • One year of work experience in real estate • Possesses a real estate license • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Active Real Estate License (required)Experience in real estate sales, listings, or seller representation preferredStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsGoal-driven with a high-performance, commission-focused mindsetOrganized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using CRM toolsSelf-motivated, coachable, and growth-orientedFull-time availability with a strong desire to succeed Compensation: $75,000 – $150,000+ annually Commission-based

Compensation:
