Facility: Telemed for Hospital in Northern CA
Scheduling: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (last Pateint appt at 4:30 p.m.)
Procedures: Diagnosis, Staging, Precision Medicine, symptom management, and treatment of Hema/Onc patients. MD oversight for both Hema/Onc clinic and infusion services. Infusion Center requires MD onsite for all treatments. Infusion center provides Chemotherapy. Immunotherapy, Blood/Platelet transfusions, Hormone therapy, Antibiotic therapy, Rheumatoid Arthritis therapy, and Therapeutic Phlebotomies.
Support Staff: RN, MA, Front Office Clerks, Biller and 10 Infusion RNs
EMR: iKnowned (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology
CA License
Fellowship
DEA, ACLS, (If requesting moderate sedation privledges (PALS for Pediatric patients)
