From Team Member to Restaurant Shift Manager, the job opportunities in Burger King restaurants are challenging and fun.Who You ArePersonable, results-oriented self-starter, a go-getter.Team contributor and leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting.Here-s What You Will Be DoingAs an integral member of the Burger King team, this position is responsible for:Greeting guests with a smile, receiving orders, processing payments, and responding appropriately to customer issues.Operating cash register or point of sale devices, as needed and using value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.Verifying the accuracy of guests- orders.Preparing and packaging food and drink products.Cleaning kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.Cleaning dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.Maintaining health and safety standards in work areas.Unloading and stocking inventory items as needed.Performing duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.);Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.Following uniform and grooming standards and policies.Working to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.Learning team effectiveness skills; working with others to achieve team goals.Responding to guests- needs in a professional and polite manner.Communicating in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managers.The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.Dependable and reliable.Good written, math, and interpersonal skills.Reliable transportation.Interview and Hiring ProcessWe aim for our interview process to genuinely represent our culture: open and collaborative.
